Diagnose & Treat blind kitten

We were walking our property in the woods when we found a stray kitten curled up in the tall grass sound asleep. We called out "kitty". She stood up and walked around looking dazed and confused. We quickly noticed how black her eyes are and that's when we realized that she probably can't see. Our woods are filled with predators, such as coyotes, racoon, hawks, owls and more. She wouldn't last long out there, especially not being able to see.
I need to get her to the vet right away. To my knowledge she has never seen a vet. She is not ear-tipped nor does she have a spay/neuter tattoo marking. I'm hoping she's not in pain with whatever is going on with her. I don't know what they will do to test her eyes, but it looks like her pupils are completely dilated. We can't even see her irises (see pictures posted). I'm pretty sure she can only see light and shadows. When she walks, she walks right into the wall. Then she just turns and walks along it until she runs into something else. She has sneezed a few times and the mucus is very thick and yellow-brown in color. It looks as though she has ear mites pretty bad as well.
She is such a sweetheart and took to me instantly. I am committed to taking care of this special-needs kitten for the rest of her life. I know she will need a routine and consistency and I am willing to provide that for her. I have named her Clementine. Clemmy for short. She's orange, and it just fits. Since she can't see, she is quite clumsy. I've been calling her Clumsy Clemmy.
She will be receiving care at South Suburban Animal Clinic in Perrysburg, OH. I will be uploading all receipts from the vet as I get them. I would truly appreciate any and all help to get her examination and treatment. Thank you in advance for your donations and for sharing Clemmy's story.
