Diabetic mother who loss her foot and need a home

My mom who is 55 years old loss her leg because of diabetes.  She is very much unwell and not capable to take care of herself she also frequently prone to having a nerve breakdown from time to time. I am the source of her support and I am unable to provide  all funding interms of finding accommodations,  necessities and all amenities. She is currently in the Port Antonio Hospital and will be discharge very soon. She has gotten permission from a family member who owns a piece of land to construct a a single one bedroom studio flat, which will consist of a room  washroom(aka bathroom) and a kitchenette. While she will be living in the house a very close friend of hers agree to be her caregiver. 
So I asking for donations in any forms   to assist her so she can have a place call home and to receive continuous care as a human. She will be needing a wheelchair, a clutch stick because she will be learning all over how to walk with one leg. She will also need furniture for the house that she will be living in. So donation can be of any kind. Cash, food, furniture etc
