<div>A Diabetes é uma doença crónica, com implicação direta no dia a dia das crianças - no contexto escolar, desportivo, social - e é também um desafio familiar.

<div>Viver com diabetes é uma prova de superação diária. Controlar a diabetes é a maratona de uma vida.
</div>
<div>Em Portugal, muitas crianças e adultos são muito bem acompanhados na Associação Protectora dos Diabéticos de Portugal (APDP). Além de um forte posicionamento no rastreio, monitorização e tratamento da Diabetes, a APDP assume um papel na Investigação Científica em torno da doença.
</div>
<div>Acredito verdadeiramente que se cada um fizer o que está ao seu alcance pelas causas que lhe são próximas, o poder transformador é enorme.
</div>
<div>Sozinho não vou mudar nada drasticamente, mas se essa vontade contagiar muita gente, o impacto pode ser importante.

<div>Nesse sentido, vou correr a Maratona de Chicago pela APDP. Desafia-me com o teu donativo! Com o teu apoio e a minha energia vamos ajudar a melhorar a vida dos outros. Quanto mais rápido conseguir correr, mais vamos conseguir angariar.

<div>É possível viver com a Diabetes, mas tenho esperança que se consiga um dia vir a viver sem ela.
