Get my car back

Hey guys, I'm just trying to get my car back. Covid has definitely wrecked me financially and now after everything, my car has been towed by the police and is currently in impound. It will cost about 3000 to get it back at this point, and I will need to move out of my apartment soon so funds are pretty tight. I have an amazing support group but we need help getting my lil Honda back so I can get around. I don't usually feel comfortable asking for financial assistance for myself, but any help is very much appreciated.
