Need help for our puppy Chewie

It's a sad thing to have to write this, but this morning our puppy Chewbacca (or Chewie) was hit by a vehicle.
She was on a leash, but being a 2 year old, very energetic puppy, she can sometimes get into trouble. Chewie loves greeting other dogs, and after seeing another dog across the street, she was able to slip her leash and run across the street.
She was then struck by a shuttle bus, which did not slow down or even stop for her after she had been hit. Luckily, a gentleman that I had never met before - and owner of the other dog - helped me take care of my other dog Chico while I took care of Chewie.
She was crying, and unable to use her back legs, and my wife and I rushed her to the nearest emergency animal hospital to have her treated.
My wife is also currently 7 months pregnant with our son, and most of our money is tied up in baby related expenses, and were definitely unprepared for something like this to happen.
We're both very sad and want to get her the treatment that she needs!
I've attached a copy of the bill from today (with the more sensitive address information blurred out) so everyone can see what we're looking at currently.
This is the cost before any real procedure is done, and we're not even sure what any surgery bills may cost at this point. Currently, this bill is just to get her checked out, and get her some pain medication so she isn't suffering.
My wife and I were able to get a care credit card, to take care of the deposite, but with a baby soon on the way, our money is very tight right now.
Update: We're back from the vet, and after seeing the X-rays and talking to the Doctor, Chewie is definitely going to need surgery to fix what's wrong. Her pelvis is broken in a couple different spots, but her femur is what needs to be operated on currently. The doctor said the surgery she's going to need is going to cost anywhere from 4 -5 thousand dollars, which is why the goal for her was increased. We may still end up having to pay a bit out of pocket.
