<div>After having Matilda in May 23, I suffered severe PTSD, severe PND/PNA, OCD and had horrendous intrusive thoughts. Took well over a year to even start to begin to feel slightly better. I thought my career would end and everything just felt so uncertain. I used PANDA’s myself when I was in the trenches and I now volunteer for the service !
