Please help my best friend Jessie!!

Hi, my name is Simon Rimmer, my dogs name is Jessie. Jessie is very sick, she has subaortic stenosis, also known as SAS, it is a narrowing of the aortic valve in her heart. That is the part of the heart that supplies blood to her whole body, so it being narrow, makes it hard for her heart to pump the blood. The specialist says she will only live to about four years old, but she could die at any time, she is only about two now, she is on meds to help her out now, but, she is showing signs of trouble. The Atlantic veterinary college in Prince Edward Island is the only place in Canada that can do an operation to make her life better and longer, it is called cutting balloon valvuloplasty. They put the balloon into the valve and cut it and then stretch it to let more blood through, easing the work the heart has to do. I have always been an animal lover and would do anything to help out an animal, I just think she deserves to have a longer and better life. I have only had Jessie for about ten months, she needed a home, so I had to give her one. Plus her being a purebred Rottweiler I didn't want someone to try and make money by breeding her, so I was going to get her fixed, that's when I found out about the SAS and that she would not survive the surgery. She would not survive a pregnancy either, so her life has been saved once, now I need to help her again, with your help. The money donated would be used for the operation and travel costs to get her to PEI, and pre op and post op care. I am just a guy who loves animals dearly, and think that they deserve the best we humans can give them. Unfortunately, I have not had very much work recently, and am struggling financially myself since being hit by a pick up truck a few years ago. That is why I have to ask for help, I wish I didn't, but, I can't do it myself. She has a tentative appointment for May 16, because the operation needs to be done as soon as possible to lessen the damage to her heart. To be able to do this for Jessie would mean the world to me, she is such a good natured dog, and so loveable, she is such a big baby, a gentle giant, I call her my little butt monkey, she means the world to me.
