The SMArt Fund 4 Alexus & Zane

Donations for Alexus and Zane Dick! Both Alexus, 13, and her brother Zane, 3, live in Franklinville, NJ with their mother and father and baby sister and were born with type II SMA. They require 24/7 care and have quite the extensive list of needs physically. All donations will be used for medical equipment and things such as bills, expenses while at the hospital, Family needs, wheel chairs, medical bills, etc... All donations are greatly appreciated!! These two children have the biggest hearts of anyone I know!
