Durante años he dedicado mi vida a cuidar y proteger la salud de mi comunidad con compromiso y amor al servicio.

<div>En noviembre de 2024 recibí una noticia que cambió mi vida: fui diagnosticado con un carcinoma mucoepidermoide de bajo grado, localizado en una zona delicada de mi boca. Mi equipo de cirujanos se preparaba para la intervención, pero las imágenes mostraron que el tumor estaba demasiado cerca de estructuras vitales. En enero inicié un tratamiento de quimioterapia y radioterapia con la esperanza de reducir el tamaño del tumor y así mejorar los márgenes quirúrgicos. Gracias a Dios y a los médicos, la masa ha disminuido, pero aún sigue en contacto con áreas delicadas como el piso del seno maxilar y el maxilar superior derecho.

<div>Por la complejidad del caso, mis médicos me recomendaron realizar la cirugía en El Salvador, donde existe la especialidad que necesito y que en mi país no está disponible. Sin embargo, el costo de la intervención es muy elevado y no puedo afrontarlo solo.

<div>Hoy recurro a ustedes con humildad. Así como he entregado mi vida al cuidado de la salud de los demás, ahora yo necesito de su solidaridad para poder superar esta lucha.
