Bobby & Barbs smoke damage repairs

On March 20,2016 there was a fire at our complex 1 floor below us. We got everybody safely. Nobody was hurt. That's the most important thing. We thought that we had very little damage. We were wrong. We are over $10,000 in damages & repairs.
On March 10,2016 when we renewed our insurance I lowered our policy from $25,000-$10,000 not the brightest thing I ever did. At the time it was right for us. Out of10 units 3 people had to fine new homes. Everyone keeps telling me to do this so I will give it a try.  I know there are people that are worse off than us. We will need help this time.
