Kate's Mobility

Katelyn Combs is a 17-year-old senior in high school who is smart, motivated, and has big dreams. She was also born with Spina Bifida and has never been able to walk. She would love to be able to live independently one day, as well as go to college and be able to get a job. But, she is going to need help with getting a vehicle so she can get herself, as well as her wheelchair, in and out of her car without assistance. It is very expensive to get a car with the necessary alterations. She needs extra help to gain the independence and mobility that we all have. Although there are organizations that help with some of the costs, they simply do not give as much financial help as needed with all the necessary modifications. Any and all help is so greatly appreciated by all her family and friends. We are humbly asking for your help in getting her handicapable so she will be able to have a productive and happy future.
