Hi, my name is Issie and I am a keen cricketer representing my school, my club, and my county at various age groups, adult, ladies, and mixed cricket. I live in North Devon and play for Instow based, North Devon CC (#northdevoncricketclub) for the U15, U17, U19, 3rd XI (adult) and the Ladies 1st XI. I am also currently in the winter Devon County Age Group squad and represented Devon in the 2024 season, in both the Developmental side and the County Age Group (CAG) team.

The 2024 season was a memorable one for me, as not only did I play for the Devon CAG team for the first time, but at my club I also scored my first 50 for the U15s and then my first century (110*) for the Ladies 1st XI in adult cricket. At the end of the season I received the news I had been selected for the winter CAG pathway, and just when I thought it couldn't get better, I was invited to tour with Devon Cricket to Sri Lanka, in Feb 2025!

This represents an amazing and life enhancing opportunity for me and my teammates, to not only expand our cricket horizons, teamwork, and experience, but also to embark on an enriching, once in a lifetime journey to the other side of the world, experiencing new cultures, customs, and traditions, all within the amazing, multicultural sporting environment that is cricket.

Of course, nothing comes for free and to fund the tour, I will need to find £2800. So it with this that I turn to the generosity and kindness of others and simply ask that you might consider helping me on this fantastic, once in a lifetime sporting and cultural experience. I appreciate that the present is not necessarily the easiest of financial climates, so whatever you are able to donate, I am sincerely grateful.
