Right now the world is in dire need of unity, love, and peace. The current state of our country is heartbreaking and terrifying. In light of the events that have been transpiring over the last week, I wrote “I Can’t Breathe” to help myself work through some of the pain this all is causing me. Music has helped me through almost everything in my life and I know that is the case for so many others. I did not realize how big an impact “I Can’t Breathe” was going to have on so many people and I am incredibly overwhelmed by all of the love and support!
I am amazed and humbled by the many people who have asked me to put “I Can’t Breathe” on streaming platforms and have asked how they can financially contribute to my music . After giving it some thought, I figured why not do both?
I have decided to release “I Can’t Breathe” and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to organizations and foundations of YOUR CHOICE!
I have been doing my best to stay up to date with what organizations really could use money right now, but at the end of the day, I'm unfortunately only really aware of what is going on closer to home. Because this is a worldwide crisis, I need your help to tell me what organizations/businesses/foundations near you need help!
Music heals the soul and my heart is so full knowing that this song is touching the hearts of so many. I became a songwriter to give a voice to those who don't feel they have one and hearing from you guys that this has done that means more than you will ever know. I want to use this platform to help raise as much money as I can so WE can help as many people as WE can!
