"Children are great imitators. So give them something great to imitate." Bradly graduated from Winter Springs High School in May 2013 being determined that he will play college lacrosse. He set his sights on one school only, Coker College in Hartsville, SC and has been accepted. I've never been so proud as I was that very moment. We were late in getting the skills video completed for a Lacrosse scholarship, however he is on the roster to play for the Coker College Cobra's. We've filled out all the paperwork, got as much financial aid available per our income. Got as many grants and student loans that they would approve Bradly for since our credit has too much debt to income for co-signer approval. I've written every organization you could imagine, we've applied for every scholarship we could find (if you know of any either through your company/place of employment or otherwise, please let me know). Unfortunately, help is few and far between for the middle class America. We have a wonderful family, with intelligent above average kids. Our only option is to divide the remaining tuition in to 8 monthly payments. Right now it's $4,888.00 for the year. I just got word from the school that we have until August 30, 2013 to make a down payment and then divide the remaining balance into 8 for our monthly payment. As it sits now, it's $611.00 a month. This IS NOT possible. We also need books. I would do anything in my power to fulfill his dream and want nothing but the best for him and his future. I wish they would take blood as the co-signer because I would give it! Our story is this, Bradly is an average boy, from an average family wanting an above average education. My pride was too big to create this link until a good friend/mentor said "My father used to say don't deny others from doing for you. It could just be the good karma they need."
