THIS IS VERY HUMILIATING, AND VERY VERY HARD FOR ME TO PUT OUT HERE AND I CAN UPON SERIOUS REQUESTS PROVIDE PROOF OF WHAT I SAY OR WRITE HERE.
ON September 20, 2018, I LOST MY INCOME OF SSI, i was on SSI for severe PTSD, and other mental illnesses, I have ( or was ) seeing the same clinical psychologist since 1992. but not now, when i lost my SSI, i lost my medical coverage (KanKare-medicaid). No medical coverage no therapist, or doctors.
I even lost my food stamps what little i was getting monthly.
I have the following medical conditions that require medications and or medical monitoring on a regular basis.
1) Spinal muscular atrophy of legs and the hands due to a severe beating on 5-12-2012, resulting in a "fractured neck" at vertebrae of C-1 and C-2, surgery done on 9-14-2014, resulting in a metal plate being implanted at these locations and C-1; C-2; and C-3 being fused, these are the final result of the beating and the surgerys: Peripheral Neuropathy; TBI also, blurred vision, double vision, constant ringing in the ears, equilibrium disorder i am a Level 1 fall risk, type 1 or 2 diabetic; loss of fine motor skills in hands and legs;
The 14 yes 14 medications i am on are for: 1)heart conditions, (7 Stints in my heart) 2)diabatic, 3) blood thinners, 4)high blood pressure, 5)diabetic nerve pain in feet, 6) high cholesterol meds, 7) 4 different inhalers, advair, proventil, and combivent, I am a severe asthmatic person, without these i cannot breath.;
Now, before we go any further, i cannot go to the VA, because my present disabilities were and are NOT SERVICE CONNECTED.
My landlord is evicting me because NO income no rent payments, and even though it is winter, the electric company can still SHUT OFF electric when the ". . .PROJECTED FORECAST. . . ." (Cold weather rules at KCC) IS above 35 degrees and well the actual temperatures do not matter in kansas.
As stated, full documentation can and will be provided upon serious requests. MY next APPEAL hearing on my SSI case to a ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE will not be until February 2020,
