My husband Cory Lashbrook and I Alisha Lashbrook have a daughter Destiny Lashbrook She has a heart condition we just found out about. On Friday she was in band and was taken to the nurses office with her heart racing and short of breath. I was then contacted and she was then taken to our local E.R. By ambulance. On transport they said the ECG read SVT but once she was in the actual ER it showed VT (ventricular tachycardia) she had felt this before but it only lasted a minute or two this time it lasted over 45 minutes, which made her blood pressure drop and her fingernails were blue. They got her stable then ordered an ambulance to transport her to Springfield pediatric ICU for further monitoring. She is now stable at home waiting for the appointment for the cardiac ablation At a children’s hospital with an electro physiologist we need help with the cost of the procedure and the bills for the ambulance that are not covered I want to make sure to be able to schedule her appointment as soon as we can as they told us we have no idea when this will happen again Iv never posted asking for help but I want this beautiful young lady to have this taken care of so she can finish school and stay active without worry we will update more when we know more.
