Desperately and struggling car broke down

I'm a single mom struggling since April and now when I think everything is ok my transmission went out and I don't know know what to do. I have a disabled son I have to take care of and I'm supposed to move into our new apartment and now I have no way so if you are reading this. Anything helps I just need to get another car ASAP.
