Desperate father/Keep kids in state

Landon and Ava are my pride and joy, two wonderful children who melt my heart. As a family we participate regularly in many activities such as camping, sports, school, vacations, skits, and much more. Recently the children were told by their mother on a Sunday that she's getting married in two days and moving them to Texas at the end of the summer. These children have faced so much heartache having what they knew from birth as a family being torn apart by a year and a half divorce.



Now given ongoing court proceedings and privacy concerns I can only list certain information. Any parent has to petition the court to move and especially to move out of state. This has cost myself thousands of dollars already. As of January I thought the court hearings were done for now, however given this current revelation it's going to take a lot of money to counter her petition.



Our children need both parents regular involvement and taking them away from here is just plain wrong. In order to secure an attorney a retainer has to be paid.
