Derek & Ian Primrose's 12hr Slí na hOibre Cycle

Donation protected
Derek and Ian are taking on a bit of a challenge to raise much needed funds for two brilliant local charities - Nobber Cancer Support Group and Down Syndrome Ireland Louth Meath Branch. They are cycling the new Slí na hOibre route in Nobber, Co. Meath continuously for 12-hours! This challenge will take place from 7am to 7pm on Saturday August 29th 2020. There will also be a bake sale taking place from 11am on the day on the platform at the old Nobber Railway Station.  As we're sure many of you are aware, Nobber Cancer Support Group and Down Syndrome Ireland Louth Meath Branch both provide much needed support and services to people in our local community. The services and support they make available make a big difference to the lives of those who benefit from them and every donation, no matter how small, helps to enable them to continue to operate. Derek and Ian would be very grateful for your help in making this fundraising effort a big success!! Derek and Ian had originally planned to complete a 48-hour 4 Peaks Challenge this year however due to the Covid-19 restrictions this had to be postponed until 2021. They wanted to complete a challenge in recognition of the donations already received as part of the 4 Peaks fundraiser this year and hopefully raise some additional funds for these amazing charities!!
