Deployment Equipment

So many of you already know that I am deploying this year (If you want a little more info that's on offline conversation). The army provides me with the essential equipment I need like a helmet, body armour, a weapon, and a whole lot more. There is an old army saying however that goes, "Your equipment was made by the lowest bidder". So what I am looking for is a little bit of funds to invest in better quality privately owned gear for myself and some of the speciality position soldiers in my platoon. The kinds of things it would go to would be wrist mounted Garmin GPS's, 40mm grenade belts, hiking boots (way better than combat boots), administrative pouches, better magazines, ammo carrying pouches, and probably alot more. Anything anyone is willing to pitch would be greatly appreciated, but I don't expect anything of course. Thanks for the support.
