For those that know me an has traveled this journey with me during my diagnoses, treatment, reconstructive surgery, and remission of Cancer it’s being a ride. I am now 4years in and through the ups and downs I thank you for your support. As many of you know that I have been struggling physically due to the limitation and pain of the surgery( see pics). I have had a few set backs an now have been given the option of repair or amputation but the specialist thinks I would be better off with the amputation due to the other complication I am having with my good leg. So I have decided to do the amputation I think this is the best choice for me. Even though insurance will cover a good portion of my surgery I still need need to be fitted for a prosthetic they will cover some of the cost but I have to cover the rest. I will be so grateful for any help that you can give.
