Military Veteran Needs Dental Work

My name is William(Bill). I am now a medically retired military veteran. Due to all the (20+) medications I have to take daily because of an injury I sustained while serving our country my teeth have almost all rotted out and the maority of them have broken off at the gum line which now need to be surgically removed and then replaced with dentures.
Right now I am only able to eat very soft foods and I have difficulty talking.
As you can see, I am not exactly "pretty" and on top of everything I am going through medically this does not help with my self esteem, when I know this is what I look like everyday.
I would like to be able to have a nice smile again so I can have my pictures taken with my daughter when she graduates next year, eventually gets married, etc.
Yes, I can get help through the military but those of you who are in the military or have seen rescent reports on the news about the military and the V.A. system know that right now there is a minimum of a 1 to 2 year wait to get in not to mention, anybody currently serving on active duty or is in the reserves get placed above any retiree who is in line.
The VA will not help me because my medical retirement came thru the Army instead of the VA. I have contacted several local dentists and it is approximently $6500 to pull all my teeth which will have to be done surigally because the majority of the 23 teeth I have left broke off at the gum line, so the gums will have to be cut open to do the extractions and the price to get dentures.
