Dental surgery for Noodle

I am asking for donations to help me pay for Noodles dental surgery. I rescued him from a high kill shelter Seaaca. He is a 10 year old senior dachshund. His teeth are in really bad shape packed with tarter and the vet said you can already see some of his teeths root from his back teeth. Along with the cleaning they will need to do some extractions for the really bad ones.
It frustrates me knowing he wasnt well taken care of his first 10 years of his life. 
Since hes been in my care ive been making sure he is happy, safe, and healthy.  He just had blood work done and the doctor cleared him to go under anaesthesia. 
Anything would help me soo much.
