Dental Surgery For Myles Is Health~

Hello Everyone~ A message from Myles: I'm reaching out because my smile is affecting my health. I'm asking for those who are able to please share my story! Even if you can't donate yourself, just simply sharing my story, this Go Fund me link, we are all that much more grateful. My story begins in 1998 when I first had dental work prior to shipping out to Ramstein Air Base in Germany. What would follow is years of pain, health issues, and what would ultimately impact my self-esteem. He's not asked for help from others until now. Though I may not be able to repay you, but I can promise to pay it forward anyway I can. Myles needs more than a smile! He urgently needs our help. Myles didn't think he was worthy of asking for help! For those of you who know Myles, you also know that he is a proud 41 year old man whom served his country. His story begun in 1998 when he first had dental procedure that would remove several teeth. Throughout the years and by 2013 he would come to have only 6 tooth structures left in which would require extensive dental repair costing money we simply don't have. For a long period of time he didn't let his teeth bother him. While watching my husband be strong, I've also had to watch him endlessly suffer with pain silently ... I've learned to prepare his meals into shakes. It's hard to see someone you love and feel hopeless. Ten years of our building our lives together a smile means everything. Most importantly, we now know that it is impacting his overall health. We've tried to open a claim back in 2015 with the Veterans Administration . However due to lost/lack of records his claim was denied. When we first moved to Plantation, Florida we saw many specialists; Each which came with a heaftier estimate. I attempted to seek specialists who would consider pro bono work with no success! We would later be referred to Nova NSU dental school where one did pro bono but still come as a different fee . After months on a waiting list Myles would get his appointment! Only to learn he was now suffering from “Severe High Blood Pressure." His Second consult brought news of severe bone loss. He is suffering from malnutrition as a result of not being able to eat a proper diet as well as depression and anxiety, severe headaches, and lack of sleep from poor air support causing him to clear his throat constantly. On top of the reasons listed above, below are others reasons Myles urgently needs dental work done : ➡️ Aid in proper digestion issues ➡️Support of airways ➡️Support TMJ Tempromandibular Joint ➡️Loss of teeth affect self-esteem causing depression and anxiety. We have been given the following quotes and options from Nova NSU Dental Plan: 1. $14,000 Fixed top includes extraction 2. $11,000 fixing bottom structures not including additional for root canals that may be needed 3. Snap on $8500 + $900 for extraction 4. Regular dentures $2000 +$150 per extraction @20 teeth. We are realistic in our plan and are choosing the least expensive option that will leave my 41 year old husband with all new dentures in his mouth. Ultimately, this will aid in his health and overall happiness. We can not express how much it means to us to have each of you consider our story, Myles story. In times like these and the world in which that we live in we ultimately remember that there is good in people. Even if you can't donate yourself, just simply sharing our story, this Go Fund me link, we are all that much more grateful.
