The Kraken - F3 Jax 2021 CSAUP

Come join F3 Jax for the Second Annual Kraken CSAUP ( completely stupid and utterly pointless) endurance challenge on February 20th, 2021. We will Ruck, Run or Bike from JAX Beach to Mickler’s Landing in Ponte Vedra Beach and back. The event will be to promote F3's mission to Plant, Grow and Serve Small Workout Groups for the Invigoration of Male community leadership and raise money for the Trinity Rescue Mission which will be used for a new stove to help feed the homeless.

Our workouts … Are free of charge Are open to all men Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary End with a Circle of Trust We welcome men of all fitness levels to our workouts and have no requirement for membership other than that you show up at the appointed time and place and follow what the workout leader (the “Q” in F3 lingo) does.
