Denise needs our help!

Denise has been seeing an orthopedic doctor since Oct of last year because of severe pain in her lower back and legs. After an MRI he said the last 3 discs in her back are extremely herniated and bulging. They did an epidural injection in March with no relief. So she is scheduled for back surgery on July 14th. Denise was planning to work up until surgery even though in pain. But on June 3rd She fell at work and everything got so much worse. She couldn't get a claim # for workmans comp from my boss. A lawyer said his policy had lapsed. Long story short, She have been out of work since June 3rd with no money coming in at all. Disability won't even let me know if She is approved for 90 days. Her rent is overdue, her phone is due along with utilities. Herdaughter is giving me what she can. But not sure how she is going to get through this. Thank you for anything you can do!!
