"As a lifelong GUITARIST,MUSICIAN, PRODUCER, WRITER, I've hit a wall and the wall is my health which has taken my musical life away completely due to pain and the number of treatments and operations I need NOW to get me back on the road to living like a human being instead being a crutch bearing in constant pain individual.
Interestingly enough, I was the rocker that never drank, took drugs and have eaten vegetarian for years and now my health is going downhill so fast I can barely move somedays.
I have received 3 day notices and every sort of negativity from my living situation and so far am lucky to have a roof over my head.
I'm one that has never wanted to ask for help...strapping, strong, jumping through the air rocker reduced to a slow moving sometimes frightened person that just needs to get the body fixed...and there are some fixes that may be possible. One of my problems is neuropathy which has got to be the most painful thing one can experence.
l need your financial help so I can get special treatments that will help with some of my physical woes, medications, rent and money to live on since my physical health has devolved to a place that we have to reach out to you for financial assistance."

Spinal Stenosis (Bone on Bone) Arthritis in Neck
2 Total knee replacements
Neuropathy - both feet and Left toe
