Single mom in need of help with student loan

My name is lyisharra Diaz and I’m the mother of 3 boys who are 13,12, and 4. I live Wilmington Delaware in a low income area where there are constant shootings and crime which makes me afraid to let my children go anywhere. A couple years ago I went to college thinking that would be the route to go; graduating with my bachelors and being in debt of almost $60,000. The debt has made it so hard for me to move out of the neighborhood. Mortgage company’s are either telling me that my debt to income is high or I need to pay off my loans to actually qualify. I feel stuck because I thought I would be doing something by attending college but I feel so discouraged. I haven’t even been able to land a job in the field. Any amount would help towards my student loan debt.
