Young Liberians need FREE working skills training to have a chance to build a better life.

It is difficult to find a job in Liberia, one of Africa's poorest countries where jobs are always scarce, many lack basic skills, training is very limited -- and for many unaffordable. Most young Liberian workers are farmers, self-employed or part-time, and many can do much better in Liberia's largely informal economy when they improve their practical working skills. To do this they need FREE training, useful resources, and constant encouragement. This is what we do.

The most effective and realistic "tool" for basic skills training is a free Android or Apple mobile phone app. Roughly 50% of Liberians have feature phones or smartphones, and an estimated 30% routinely access the Internet. OneLiberia.org provides mobile apps, a wide range of practical working skills, ideas and tools, plus updated information, and resources.
