AJ Delgado vs. Jason Miller
This is a campaign for funds to help me proceed in the ongoing litigation, in Miami-Dade family court, which the father of my son, Jason Miller, has dragged me through for 10 months and counting.
BACKGROUND: In 2016, Mr. Miller was my direct supervisor on the Trump campaign (and engaged in dating me while his own wife, whom he said he was legally separated from, was 6 months pregnant). When I was two months pregnant, he cut all communication and did not care to ensure the child's health or well-being, only resurfacing through a lawyer the month the child was to be born (and subsequent to his being informed the child was a boy). He now seeks custody of the child, because, he simply says, the child should not be raised by a "single mother."
I have been subjected to months of litigation-harassment, as well as insults from him and relatives of his wife, Kelly Miller.
Currently, I owe over $110,000 in outstanding legal fees, and the case has not even gone to trial. I do not even have funds to cover the upcoming mediation next week.
To make matters even more difficult: Only a few days after Mr. Miller defamed me last month on Twitter, on April 30th I was suddenly fired from my only job, with the pro-Trump America First Policies PAC in an abrupt email from Brian Walsh, with no warning, no notice, no severance, and no reason given.
My son deserves for his mother to have adequate legal representation, experts, and litigation costs so that his interests are preserved. Mr. Miller has fought to prevent that and make life miserable for me, I feel, because I did not terminate the pregnancy as he twice requested or keep it quiet, and also as part of what I feel is a quest for vengeance from his wife.
Mr.Miller's financial resources astronomically outweigh my own and I do not have the means to fight for my son's interests, without your help. It is atrocious that the family law system allows one parent to litigate the other into oblivion, bankruptcy, and a poor result for the child.
I don't expect I will raise much here but any little bit will help -- be it for the cost ordering a court-hearing transcript, or possibly at least a retainer for an attorney. (The Judge has made it clear I should have a counsel who understands the ins and outs of family law.)

Thank you in advance for your support. I am simply a mother fighting for her son in a David v. Goliath battle. My life is my son -- I do not date, I do not have a social life, and I live with my mother and our rescue dogs, making every hour for my son the best it can be. That is enough for me -- just being a great mother for my son and making sure he has a wonderful life is all I ask of life and am so grateful God has blessed me with Will.
All funds will go strictly to litigation purposes and I will update periodically with receipts.
If you think it is offensive that a man would cheat on his wife, impregnate a woman he lied to, and then try to yank the child away for him and his wife to raise instead (a perverse real-life version of the Handmaid's Tale), then please donate. This is the America and every parent should have fair access to the system. The system is already titled against women, against single mothers, and against working-class or poor litigants -- please help me even it out.
