Del Web HOA Attorney Retainer

We have increased the goal to ensure we have enough funds to give the attorney his retainer of $10,000 and pay the fees associated with "gofundme".  It is currently estimated at $900 (0.30 per transaction and 7.9% of the total).

Pulte Del Webb Rancho Del Lago.and Meritage new homes in Vail, AZ. Pulte made a decision that has had an adverse impact on our entire community. The shared access road of Sandy Lake Drive will combine our 605 Del Webb homes of 55+ residents with "all age" residents of 42 Meritage homes. By doing so, our risk of liability in a number of areas is not able to be mitigated. Pulte cancelled the May 23rd Community meeting indicating that they do not realize the seriousness of how this affects our homes, our HOA, our security, our lifestyle and home values.

Having exhausted our own resources it's time to involve legal expertise. Our attorney will research, review documents and ascertain our rights' and will send Pulte an engagement letter. Our attorney will negotiate on our behalf for a better resolution than the one Pulte proposed of 'only one gate on Huppenthal'. Based on several recommendations, we feel that the attorney selected is the most competent for this issue.
