Started in late 2010, we first successfully flew on December 5th, 2015. Since we have completed 51 test flights, several of which have been just under 2 km and were limited by the length of the runway.
We are now going to the desert to try and do longer flights, including turns of up to 180 degrees, and in the process, attempt to set some new HPA records. We'll be flying at Ivanpah dry lake near the CA/NV border on Jan 10-12, then Cuddeback dry lake in California from Jan 13-15.
We are looking to defray some of the cost of this trip.
