<div>It is with a heavy heart that I bring to your attention the grave injustice inflicted upon my sister <a href="https://www.instagram.com/francynaevins/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Francyna Evins</a>. Granddaughter of the late <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Q2z3JCELVo" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Frank Owens</a>. For over two years, she has been subjected to relentless abuse and harassment by a predatory individual, resulting in exorbitant legal fees exceeding $20,000. This abuser has not hesitated to unleash a barrage of litigation abuse, verbal attacks, coercive control, and even identity theft, targeting Francyna and our entire familial and communal network.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The ramifications of his actions have been profound, creating a web of deceit and manipulation that extends far beyond Francyna herself. Our family, friends, church, and community supporters have all been ensnared in this malevolent scheme, enduring false police reports and extortion attempts that exploit Francyna's likeness online.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Yet, in the face of such adversity, we stand resolute in our pursuit of justice and honor. However, the financial strain imposed by this prolonged legal battle is both significant and burdensome. Therefore, I humbly implore your support in aiding Francyna, a woman of virtuous character who enriches her community and enhances the well-being of seniors through her movement classes.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your assistance will not only alleviate the financial burden but also empower Francyna to continue her impactful work while steadfastly confronting the malevolent intentions of her abuser.
</div>
<div>I implore you to rally around my sister, who represents the best of our family, and contribute to putting an end to the malevolent intentions of this individual seeking to usurp her name and identity. May God extend His mercy to his wicked soul.
