We are 406 Revolutionized, a grassroots community movement rooted in Montana, fighting for transparency, accountability, and fairness in our justice system. We know firsthand the pain families face when courts, law enforcement, and officials misuse their power—and we refuse to stay silent.

For us, this mission is personal. My own family has been torn apart by a system that prioritizes convictions over truth, secrecy over transparency, and punishment over fairness. What began as one family’s battle has grown into a movement, because we know we’re not alone. Every week, more Montanans reach out with stories of injustice—mothers, fathers, children, and neighbors—each carrying the same heartbreak and the same determination to be heard.

What We Stand For:

A justice system that serves people, not politics.

Transparent courtrooms where the public can see the truth.

Families equipped with resources and support to navigate a broken system.

Real accountability for those in power.

How Your Donation Helps:

Your contribution goes directly toward fueling this movement for justice, transparency, and truth in Montana. Every dollar makes an impact by helping us:

Legal & Advocacy Work – Cover filing fees for appeals, petitions, and motions; pay for transcripts, records, and expert legal support; and advance civil rights claims that hold officials accountable.

Community Education & Outreach – Educate the public about their constitutional rights through plain-language guides to help families; host workshops, webinars, meetings, and online support groups; and print/distribute resources so no one faces the system alone.

Transparency & Watchdog Efforts – File public records requests, track misconduct complaints, and publish reports to shine light on corruption and ensure the public can see what really happens behind closed doors.

Movement-Building – Grow the 406 Revolutionized network across Montana, create media and outreach campaigns, and amplify voices that have been silenced for too long.

Together, these efforts turn donations into action — real tools, real resources, and real change for families and communities across Montana.

Why It Matters:

Imagine it was your son, your daughter, your spouse, or your best friend standing in front of a judge—knowing the deck was stacked against them. That’s the reality for too many Montanans. Together, we can change that.

Our Goal:

We’re raising funds to keep this fight alive. Every donation, whether $10 or $100, moves us closer to a Montana where families face the justice system with hope instead of fear—and where corruption can’t hide in the shadows.

Together, we can build a system that truly serves the people. Thank you for standing with us and being part of this revolution.
