Selection is one good step, true, and I'm really happy I nicely improved my skills during 2018. I could achieve deeper dives in all disciplines. Also, along training sessions, I could bring many Freedivers and local people to gather for meditation times and reflections about a more responsible way of living on Earth. I sincerely believe that was a great piece of positive work.
Without your help this adventure of 2018 wouldn't have been possible, clearly. Thanx again to all those of you who supported my last campaign, the Deepest Monk Project.

Pain and gain...
Training, travels and registration fees have a cost as everyone can imagine.
Educated and raised as a serious and authentic Zen monk since my very young adulthood, I'm very very careful how I use money and often find solutions for not using it.
Working as Freediving instructor and safety diver in Sinaï, father of a beautifully sweet daughter of 10 years old, husband of a great and dedicated working woman, there's not much left of finances to get into challenges which require an important investment of money such as international Freediving competitions. So yes, I wish you will help me again on that one.
Swiss Depth Championship in Zurich... The travel begins!
Being selected to represent Switzerland, I must participate to the Swiss Depth Championship which will be held in Zurich's lake on 24th of August 2019.

To make it safe, it is needed for me to arrive a little before in order to discover, train and get in harmony with these waters I've never dove into. Everybody says it's dark, cold and certainly not salty...
The journey to World Championship
This is where the journey will begin: Flying from Sharm el-sheikh to Zurich, training, competing and then move to Nice for the same program starting 31 of August.
It will be intense, eventually hard, but I train very consistently for all this to be a great success on many different levels.
Sure, I need your financial support to pay for the flights, accommodation and competition fees, hoping I can manage to find sponsors which will provide the needed freediving equipment.

Sessions will be around 45 minutes, scheduled when possible and will feature breathing, breathold, relaxation, meditation methods and exercises.
