Declan Smyth was taken ill after a football game before Christmas.
Please make a donation to help with the rising costs of medical care and rehabilitation.
We are all thinking of Declan, Ann, Jack, Ava and family and trying to allow them the time to spend with Declan and do whatever little bit we can to help them at this time.
There is also a fundraising Walk, Jog, Run on February 4th from Straide Davitt Community Hall. Registration from 12pm.
