Declan's funds have run out sadly again. Declan was spiralled out of control and have been facing dramatic Autism and mental health related issues and has been in and out of Hospital for both his mental and physical issues. We just need a helping out to finalise a few outstanding bills. We needed to bring in extra care hours to support Declan and keep him safe. Any help would be immensely appreciated.

Declan is such a wonderful young man, and we have now put steps in place to ensure this doesn't happen again, suffice to say the past five months have been extremely dramatic for Declan and stressful for his family and greater care providers.
