December 2018 Haiti Trip

On Sunday, September 24th, I asked the Lord to show me someone in desperate need of His word. Two days later, the opportunity was presented for me to spread His love and the Word to an entire people group in December of this year. I will be going with a professor from Cumberland University and one other student to stand alongside parents in Haiti, and equip them with the resources necessary to have an essential role in their children's education. We will be spending time presenting the importance of their roles as parents, and the importance of their children being educated. We will also be spending one on one time with families, and working through devotionals with them. Through this opportunity, I will have the ability to spread God's word, and experience a complete life change through worship and fellowship with the people of Haiti. As this opportunity has opened quite unexpectedly, I will need to be financially ready as soon as possible. My trip will be December 14-20, 2018, and the total amount needed includes airfare, transportation, a translator, a place to stay, and our meals. The impact this opportunity will have on my life and the parents and children of Haiti is absolutely invaluable. I am extremely grateful for any help, especially prayers. I cannot wait for this experience, but it cannot happen without the Lord. Thank you so very much in advance!
