Dear Friends and Family,
Les Soeurs Charmantes Social and Civic Club hereby authorize the bearer of this letter to solicit ads and patron donations in support of the Debutantes at the Forty-Seventh Annual Debutante Ball. The Ball will be held February 16, 2019, at 7:00 pm at the Vicksburg City Auditorium.
Greetings! I am Miss Destiney Nicole Swartz. I am a 2019 Debutante, and I am the daughter of Charles and Amy Swartz. I am an honor student and senior at Warren Central High School. I am soliciting your support through the purchase of an ad in the 2019 Souvenir Booklet. This year, the Debutantes will participate in a Leadership Development Program as well as plan and sponsor a Noon Year’s Eve Party for kids. Your generous donation will assist Les Soeurs Charmantes in providing scholarships to Debutantes, 4 - $1000 to graduating seniors, and in providing community assistance through various non-profit organizations.
All ads and monies should be submitted by Wednesday, November 28, 2018. All checks and money orders should be made payable to Les Soeurs Charmantes.
