Debs Fight Against Ovarian Cancer

My aunt was first diagnosed with Breast cancer in her 30's which with chemo and the support of her family she was able to overcome. However in 2016 she became ill. She was then diagnosed with Stage 3C Ovarian cancer. She had to have a major operation to remove as much cancer as they could which had metastasized beyond the pelvis. With a struggle to recover from the surgery alone, she had months of Chemo to follow. A few months ago we found out the cancer had returned. The images showed a tumor on her spleen which grew double in size every two weeks following the intial images. She was then referred to Sloan Kettering to receive the best possible treatment. Sloan agreed to perform surgery and attempted to get her accepted into a trial. Sloan went into perform surgery to remove all of the cancer they could which included removing the spleen, but she was not accepted into the trial. A few days following surgery complications occured where she was admitted to ICU due to fluid draining into her chest from what they think was a knicked lymph duct. She had to undergo surgery again to try to repair the leak, which unfortunatly did not work. They then had to perform a 3rd surgery to try to stop the leak. Currently she has taken a turn for the worse and she is continuing to leak fluid. My uncle and cousins have been back and forth between Central NY and NYC for over 3 weeks now. We are not sure what is going to happen, but the expenses for travel and medical bills are adding up. They could use some help to ease the weight of all the bills that have come as well as the bills yet to come. Any amount would help!!
