In Loving Memory of Deborah "DJ" Stone, CCT RN
Donation protected
On March 28th, 2024, one of Bay Areas most iconic Critical Care Nurses, Deborah “DJ” Stone unexpectedly passed away following a long recovery from a planned surgery. This sudden loss has left an unfillable void with her grieving family and colleagues at Westmed Emergency Services. DJ loved the Westmed EMT’s and Paramedics, often referring to them as her “babies” and loved to help mentor young people entering emergency medical service work for the first time.
During her nearly 13 years at Westmed she touched countless lives, often transporting the very sickest of patients. Her Georgia charm was always present even when she had to be tough as nails to care for her patients. Please help ease this unexpected burden for her family and donate what you are able. DJ was there for so many years ensuring that others live, let us be there for her family to show that her contributions are recognized and appreciated during this time of need. This fundraiser seeks to honor DJ’s legacy by ensuring her family receives the support they need during this challenging time. Your donation, big or small, will directly assist DJ's loved ones, acknowledging the profound impact DJ had on all of us.
