Debi Cassidy

UPDATE:  Debi is about to start a new round of treatments in Gainesville to fight her malignant brain tumor. This will require her & Dan to be in Gainesville away from home and family for a week for testing.  Then she will be back in the hospital there for a month.  Afterward, she will have to go back to Gainesville for follow up testing. Much of this will require Debi & Dan to stay in hotels.  Let's help Debi with the MANY costs associated with cancer - hotels, meals, house cleaning, help with her children, travel costs and endless co pays. There is so much to deal with over and beyond her fighting for her life.   Every penny helps! 

As you know, our sweet friend Debi Cassidy received some shocking and difficult news the other day.  She was diagnosed with a brain tumor.  Per her doctor, it looks positive for cancer, but the doctor is hoping to remove most or all of it.  She will be having tumor removal surgery on December 18th at UF Health Shands Cancer Hospital in Gainesville, Florida.  Because the surgery is coming up soon, Debi will be traveling back and forth to Gainesville for testing, surgery and other appointments.  

If you know Debi at all, then you know just how special she is to everyone.  She is an angel on this earth.  She is selfless, caring, and gives and gives to everyone around her constantly.  Now it is our turn to take care of her.  If there is any way you can help, please consider donating to this campaign.  Every little bit will help this precious woman and her family.  This campaign is to help cover the costs of travel, medical bills and also a loss of income from not being able to work right now.

We know that our God is sovereign.  We know He has Debi in His hands and that He is the Ultimate Healer and Great Physician.  We continue to pray that God will give her peace and clarity through all of this.  We pray for the surgeons and doctors who have her in their care.  And mostly we pray that our God will be glorified in all of this.  Thank you!
