11/5 Update: News on Debbie. Prognosis was changed and unfortunately not for the better but we are still praying for a miracle. She starts a 3 day treatment trial today! Thank you all for your prayers, donations and messages of love!
Debbie's Army:
Countless lives have been blessed by our beautiful sister, Debbie Wallace.
Everyone who knows her has observed the consistent love, generosity, kindness, positivity and thoughtfulness she puts into action.
Debbie has always worked tirelessly to provide for her family. She is a single mother of 4 adults as well as the custodian to 4 of her 6 grandchildren under the age of 13 years. She has always stood in the gap for others. NOW is the time all of us to stand in the gap for her.
We are heartbroken by the news that Debbie has an inoperable and malignant brain tumor that will require a regimen of chemotherapy and radiation in the coming weeks. Doctor’s prognosis is sadly only 14 months.
We are moved by how many have asked about how they can help and if there was a fundraising campaign.
First, we ask that you please continue to pray for Debbie and her family. Her investments in people have formed some priceless bonds, and as a result, an army of family and friends are fervently praying on her behalf for healing. “Debbie’s Army!” We know that God is in control of this situation, his ways are above us and we trust Him in all situations.
Second, we ask that you donate generously to help ease the enormous financial burden Debbie is facing.
If donations exceed her medical and daily living expenses, the excess funds will be deposited into a Trust for the future care and education of her 6 grandchildren.
