On Wednesday, Febuary 22nd 2017, age 57, Debbie L. Yates passed away after her battle with breast cancer.
She has always had a deep love for all animals, especially her lovable dog Stormy. To honor her memory, we have contacted Penn Township to install a bench in the Harrison City dog park.
All donations to this campaign will go to fund the bench, and any excess will be donated to Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
