Debra L. Stender (Spencer), 46, of White Bear Lake, passed away on February 24, 2018. Preceded in death by grandparents Art (Irene) Spencer and Donald (Helen) Hansen. Survived by her husband, Jeff; daughter, Kaitlyn; parents David (Lynda) Spencer; sister, Tamra (Dean) Webb; parents-in-law Tom (Kate) Stender; sister-in-law Jennifer (John) Hawkins; nieces Olivia and Grace Hawkins and many other relatives and friends.

This fund is to help support Jeff and Kaitlyn with related medical and funeral expenses. Anything you can give, prayers included, would be most appreciated. Thank you for your ongoing love and support!
