Dear Suspects, "We Will Find You!"

Ramon Diaz.,  a beloved family member and friend, was the victim of a brutal homicide on March 28, 2018.

Ramon was a 4th degree bjj black belt and owner of Palm Springs Jiu-Jitsu, was found dead in the 31-300 block of Whispering Palms Trail in Cathedral City,  California.

Ramon had just returned home after training and instructing at his academy in Palm Springs, California.   He was shot outside his home and died  enroute to the hospital. No suspect(s) have been named at this time.  

Ramon treated EVERYONE like family.  He was a long time well respected and loved member of our community.  Ramon became a powerful and phenomenal role model to so many simply by the examples of unselfishness, caring, the giving of his time and expertise, blended perfectly with his unrivaled passion and love for his community.   

The UFC’s Cub Swanson paid a very touching tribute to his friend and first instructor stating:

 "RIP to the Amazing Man who introduced me to BJJ and MMA. Ramon Diaz was my first instructor & I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t be where I am today."

Ramon's family and friends have established this gofundme page in the hopes of raising monies towards a substantial reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the cowardly and brutal homicide of Ramon Diaz.  In addition, these funds will be used towards billboards, flyers, and our newly established hotline:
