For ongoing medical expenses

Cancer is a very expensive illness to have. Who knew? As I want to continue working reduced hours while I still can, I am unable to apply for benefits and earn very little money (it is however, very good for me to work as it gives me a strong sense of purpose and routine). If I am eligible for any clinical trials, I will need money to travel, take time off work etc. I will need to make further amendments to my house as my illness progresses to keep me at home for as long as possible. We'd also love to have enough money to continue doing our monthly 'one nice thing'. This is as important to us as any treatment. We basically need to know that we have money set aside for anything that will help keep us going whilst living with incurable cancer.
