Dean and Dona

Dona and Dean Bamford and their lovely children received the heart-breaking news earlier this year that Dean has an incurable cancer that’s extremely rare in someone so young. Their family has been struggling to come to terms with this devasting news when further terrible events have further destroyed their attempts to move onwards with their lives. Dean has had a number of surgeries and investigations which have led to extended periods out of work, and they have just been informed that their new (used) car has been tampered with and is not safe to drive. This is their only vehicle and how Dean is able to get to work, when well. Having recently booked a family holiday to create lasting memories for their children, they have now been informed that one of the passports is delayed and should they wish to expedite the process they may have to pay additional fees and travel to the passport office. All of these additional financial pressures have left the family devastated, worrying about how they will afford to replace their car, afford for Dean to have time off from work for medical appointments, and to be able to go on their dream family holiday. Such a lovely family have faced such incredibly tough times, and we are looking to raise funds to be able to help ease some of their pressures. Any help would be hugely appreciated at such a hard time in their lives.
