Hello my name is Matt and I have been dealing with medical issues since October and have seen many doctors and doing Physical Therapy for Vertigo/Dizziness, Ear Issues, Weakness, Possibly dealing with cardiac issues like SVT and been in and out of the hospital to find out what is going on, I've been referred to Cleveland Clinic for further testing and have been off work since October as well. Overall I have been doing better just not 100% yet and I'm creating this to try and help out with life expenses like bills and all that. I appreciate you all!
