Medical Bills

Donation protected
As many of you know, I was diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer one year ago. They gave me the title of Stage 4, terminal.

The cancer is called myoepithelial carcinoma. Every day that God grants me to be with my beautiful wife and my reason for living that is my four children is a true blessing. The medical (oncology) community knows very little about my type of cancer, even the University of Michigan. I underwent 10 rounds of radiation followed by chemo treatments with minimal success. The cancer started with lungs full of tumors and my 5th and 8th rib bones. Six months after completing the chemo, I went for a routine CT scan where the radiologist found that the cancer has spread to my spine allowing my L3 lumbar (spine) to fracture as well as spreading to my sacrum or pelvis. I continue to work 40 hours per week at Lowes which happens to be an amazing group of people that have done so much for me already. This is very hard for me to do as I am a husband/father/man with a tremendous amount of pride. I don't want to freeload from the government which in reality, is you, hard working tax payers just like me. Each time I go for my chemo it is to the tune of $7800. Coupled with CT scans, MRI's, family, lung, oncology and radiation doctors, prescriptions etc., I have medical bills out the wazoo :o)

I'm working as hard as I can to keep the roof over our heads and food on the table for as long as I can. Anything at all is extremely helpful and even more, appreciated.  God bless!
